With a background in sales and a unique entrepreneurial drive, Lucy founded Barker Brooks and has been CEO since day one. Today she's still the heartbeat of the business, overseeing the sales team and generally getting on people's backs to make sure they're doing what needs to be done.

Away from the office she's into her family, her house and her horse; loves going to hot places from Majorca to Marrakesh; and displays a truly breathtaking ability to multitask while behind the wheel of her car.
