Our intrepid events manager Laura Pollard has just got back after running four events on behalf of ETF Securities, the global commodity trading platform specialists.
The 'Real Assets in an Uncertain World' conference schedule took her to Zurich, Milan, Frankfurt and London over a two-week period that didn't appear to involve much sleep. It featured globally recognised experts discussing the state of the marketplace for the benefit of an invited audience of industry specialists, with more than 100 delegates registering to attend in each city.
Laura sourced venues and suppliers, liaised with speakers, and acted as a central point in what was a fairly complicated network, given the different countries and languages involved. She was there on the day, too. And of course before any of that happened there was the creative to produce, the website (in English, German and Italian) and various other bits and pieces - all of which Barker Brooks was able to assist with. A conference of this calibre sells itself, but we also helped out with an e-marketing programme.
We were kind enough to let her leave a little early on the Friday afternoon - but it's a new week now, so she's off in Liverpool this afternoon making sure one of our Claims Management seminars is a success.

I very much enjoy working with Barker Brooks. I find them to be astute, attentive and forward-thinking. The standard of their creative output is very high indeed, and their commitment to client service is clear to see.
